Brandon Congdon
Director of Self-Perform Estimating & Procurement / Pacific West Contractors
Brandon works directly with Bill Pennington and Cole Dowty throughout the vertical estimating and buyout process. His responsibilities extend from reviewing construction documents and preparing takeoffs to developing scopes of work, coordinating subcontractor pricing, completing buyout documentation, and supporting projects as they move into construction.
Brandon also leads material procurement and coordination for Pacific West’s self-perform operations. Beginning with the original estimate, he helps carry material requirements through purchasing, delivery scheduling, and direct coordination with field teams. His objective is to keep estimating, procurement, scheduling, and installation working as one connected system—with clear information, disciplined cost control, and accountability from start to finish.
His background includes decades of experience managing drywall, stucco, masonry, painting, and specialty repair operations across multifamily, commercial, hospitality, and residential construction. Having worked from the trades through executive leadership, Brandon understands takeoffs, material ordering, production planning, staffing, scheduling, and field execution from the ground up. That experience also allows him to assist project superintendents in identifying production challenges and developing practical solutions.
A native Nevadan and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Brandon is a licensed C-17 contractor. His combination of trade knowledge, operational experience, and estimating discipline strengthens Pacific West’s ability to develop its self-perform capabilities into a more predictable and effective delivery advantage.
