Bill, who manages Corporate Operations, is regarded as a consummate design-build professional. He has extensive experience in high-density and single-family for-sale and for-rent development. Bill focuses on efficiency and predictability through process and personnel. In 1991, Bill founded Pacific West Companies. As the company expanded, he brought in Bret Dowty and Mike Daniels as integral partners to head up Design, Engineering and Development. In 2007, under Bill’s leadership, Pacific West was named by Builder Magazine as one the nation’s 10 Top multi-family providers. Pacific West continues to grow as a dominant force in the multi-family, single-family, and attached-home markets throughout Northern California and Nevada.
