Working with development partners, public agencies, consultants, and internal teams, Ellie assists with project coordination, transaction support, entitlement tracking, and development administration. Her role helps create the operational consistency necessary to move complex affordable housing opportunities from concept toward construction.

With more than 15 years of real estate experience and an active Nevada real estate license, Ellie brings practical market knowledge and organizational discipline to projects that often involve multiple funding sources, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder groups. Her work helps ensure that development efforts remain efficient, responsive, and focused on delivering housing where it is needed most.
