His responsibilities include project coordination, field operations, schedule management, subcontractor oversight, and ensuring projects remain aligned with company standards for quality, safety, and execution.

Cameran’s career began in the trades, where he developed a strong foundation in construction craftsmanship before advancing through foreman and superintendent roles. That progression provided firsthand experience in every stage of the building process, from site development and framing through project completion and turnover.

Known for his practical problem-solving and field-driven leadership style, Cameran works closely with project teams and trade partners to maintain momentum, resolve challenges, and keep projects moving forward. His deep understanding of construction operations helps Pacific West deliver consistent results across multiple projects and markets.
