Sergio supports accounting operations across Pacific West’s self-perform divisions, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day financial processes.
He manages accounts payable processing and prepares invoices for inclusion in construction draws, while also handling insurance billings and general operational expenses. In addition, Sergio assists with payroll and human resources coordination, contributing to the smooth internal functioning of project teams.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sergio brings strong communication skills to vendor and subcontractor interactions. He is also trained in dispute resolution and performance metric analysis, supporting the company’s culture of accountability and clarity.
