Emily serves on the front line of Pacific West’s business development and client engagement efforts, helping guide opportunities from initial discussions through contract execution and project launch. She works with developers, property owners, public agencies, consultants, and project stakeholders to align objectives, structure agreements, and establish the framework for successful project delivery.

Her responsibilities span both market-rate and affordable housing initiatives, as well as Pacific West’s integrated design, engineering, and construction services. Emily plays a key role in negotiations, contract development, compliance oversight, and relationship management, helping ensure that commitments made during project planning translate into successful execution in the field.

With a law degree from American University in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Nevada, Emily combines legal insight, communication skills, and practical business judgment to help clients navigate complex development opportunities. Her work reflects Pacific West’s belief that successful projects begin long before construction starts.
