Jay supports Pacific West’s construction operations through risk management, project administration, and coordination between field, office, and design teams. Her work helps maintain the systems, documentation, and controls required to keep projects moving efficiently from planning through completion.
She manages insurance administration, compliance tracking, subcontractor documentation, contract support, and operational reporting while also assisting with design coordination, submittal management, and project controls. By helping organize critical information and maintain accountability throughout the construction process, Jay supports the disciplined execution that defines Pacific West’s approach to project delivery.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Jay contributes to performance tracking, dispute resolution support, and continuous process improvement initiatives that strengthen communication and decision-making across the organization.
