Bret has more than three decades and 10,000 units of experience in high-density residential, commercial, podium and garden-style apartment construction. He runs the general contracting field operations and is the hub to our contracting and quality assurance systems. Bret is a leader in the industry with technological advances that makes his contracting operations the most efficient in the nation. Bret flies his own personal aircraft to ensure he can be on-site at a moment’s notice.
