Jim specializes in the inner workings of Microcraft, a proprietary construction management application developed by Pac West. He also provides programming for Ownercare, the industry’s leading warranty fulfillment application, which was also developed by Pac West. Jim is responsible for front-end and back-end development for both programs, including requirement analysis, UI modifications, responsive design, database design and implementation, server-side logic, API development, integration, deployment, testing, and maintenance.
Jim also focuses on data protection, implementing measures to protect Pac West and client data, including encryption and secure data storage.
