Estimating and Construction Management Assistant / Pacific West Contractors
Jared assists in preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. He collaborates with Bill Pennington and Cole Dowty, as well as with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing. Jared also helps monitor and track project progress, working with the construction management team to address and resolve any contractual or administrative issues that arise during the construction process. Jared grew up in the trades and has a passion for all phases of construction. He is pursuing an education in construction management.
