RENO, NEVADA—Pacific West Companies, named a national Top 10 Multi-Family Developer by Builders Magazine prior to the Great Recession, is returning to development in 2020.
Three initial Reno-area projects are in the design and planning stages. Two projects will be based on a new Xspace apartment product design, while the third will be a for-sale project based on the RowTown design.
Construction on the three projects is expected to begin in the second half of 2020.
Development efforts will be led by Vision+ Development and the 1085 Group, an engineering and design firm devoted to high-density residential. Both are independent divisions of Pacific West Companies.
Pacific West will continue to serve as a general contractor for strategic partnerships with premier clients, such as Lewis Communities.
