RENO, NEVADA—Pacific West and Lewis Communities are continuing their collaboration with four new apartment projects, one in Northern California and three in Northern Nevada.

The four new projects will bring more than 800 additional units to markets suffering from a severe shortage of affordable apartments.

Pacific West broke ground in August on Homecoming at Creekside, a 120-unit community in Natomas, California (just west of Sacramento).

Homecoming features a product collaboration between Pacific West and Lewis based on the FlexBuilding, an ultra-efficient design by Integrated Design-Build Solutions, a division of Pacific West.

The three Northern Nevada projects include Espirit and Veterans Parkway, which are located in Southwest Reno, and Kiley Ranch, which is located just north of Sparks.

Espirit will offer 126 units and will be a customized variation of the RowTown product, another ultra-efficient design from IDBS.

Veteran’s Parkway will offer 260 units. Permits have been secured, with construction scheduled to begin this spring. The project has an expected completion date of summer 2021.

The Kiley Ranch project will offer 306 units. It will be the first Lewis community to feature customized versions of both the FlexBuilding and RowTown products. Construction should begin this spring with an expected completion date of summer 2021.

Pacific West and Lewis are finalizing the design of a project in Curti Ranch. It, too, will feature a customized mix of the FlexBuilding and RowTown products.
