SPANISH SPRINGS, NEVADA — Lewis Communities is creating a unique, 336-unit Kiley Ranch community that combines a pair of products created by Pacific West Companies.
It is the first time Lewis, the West’s premier multi-family developer, will use products designed outside the company.
“We’re committed to providing renters and home buyers more affordable options without sacrificing features or quality,” said Ted Erkan, senior vice president for Lewis Communities. “Pacific West’s products are designed for extremely efficient construction, allowing us pass construction savings onto customers.”
Pacific West Companies, a design-engineer-build general contractor based in Reno, is scheduled to begin construction in the early part of 2020.
Two hundred and forty units will use Pacific West’s exclusive FlexBuilding design (click for more information on the FlexBuilding), while the remaining 96 units will use the exclusive RowTown design (click for more information on the RowTown).
Apartment homes will feature private entries, raised ceilings, oversized windows, flex space, balconies or patios, full or half garages with direct access, hybrid car charging stations, and abundant private storage.
