Townhouses have been a popular and practical part of the American landscape since the 1940s. Due to a cultural shift in housing, townhomes are enjoying a swelling resurgence. Integrated Design-Build Solutions is meeting growing demand for townhomes with a resourceful design known as The RowTown.

Just as important, at least a third of the RowTown’s buildings can be manufactured off-site, in a controlled environment that fosters increased speed and quality.

The RowTown is possibly the most construction-efficient multi-family home ever designed. Moreover, the two- or three-story buildings achieve their efficiency without compromising livability.

Notable, market-driven features include: open layouts, private entries, fully-finished two-car garages with direct access, raised ceilings, hybrid car charging stations, abundant storage, oversized windows, flex space, and balconies or patios. Mechanicals systems are isolated to dramatically reduce operating noise.

Spacious rooms are designed for easy repurposing. Create an entertainment room, a home office, a guest room, a children’s playroom. Like our apartment product, The FlexBuilding, The RowTown is designed to conform to a resident’s needs.
