RENO, NEVADA — Pacific West Companies is in negotiations with Lewis Apartment Communities to expand its current market to Southern Nevada with a new multi-family development in Las Vegas.
Pacific West currently has seven developments under construction or in the planning stages throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada.
The proposed Las Vegas community would mark Pacific West’s return to Southern Nevada, having previously constructed Portofino, a 205-unit community in Henderson, Nevada.
