Pacific West completes four more multi-family projects, more than 900 units.

RENO, NEVADA—Pacific West Companies recently finished four multi-family projects in Northern Nevada, including three for Lewis Apartment Communities.
Leasing is now available for Latitude 39, and Harvest II and III at Damonte Ranch, all Lewis Apartment communities, as well as for Lyfe at the Marina.

All four communities are located in Northern Nevada and are now open for leasing. Latitude 39 offers 148 units. Harvest II and III feature 482 units. And Lyfe at the Marina features 280 units. To date, Pacific West has now completed more than 12,000 multi-family units.

“We’re increasing our efforts to bring more affordable rents to Northern Nevada,” said Ted Erkan, senior vice president for Lewis. “By working closely with IDBS (Independent Design-Build Solutions, a division of Pacific West), we’ve greatly increased construction efficiency. That’s enabled us to achieve the lowest per-square-foot costs in the west without compromising features or quality. Those construction savings are passed onto residents through more affordable rents.”
Lewis and Pacific West are currently working to bring more than 1,000 additional units to Northern Nevada and California over the next 16 months.
