Pacific West Companies is expected to serve as the general contractor for The Brix, a mixed-use high-density community in downtown Stockton.
The 3-story building, located on North Sutter Street, will feature a mix of 77 apartments spread across all three levels and commercial space located on the ground level.
The Brix will be the first community to feature the E3 Flats. The inventive E3 design eliminates unused space and combines living areas to offer renters an efficient, economical, and evolved style of living.
The compact size of the E3 Flats provides much better residential density, allowing for up to 50 dwelling units per acre.
Each apartment is 388 square feet and features a multi-use room with a full bath. The full kitchen area includes a range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Bathrooms include a sink, water closet, and combination tub and shower.
Ground level apartments have outdoor, bricked, street-side patios. Private resident parking is available on site.
Construction is on a 14-month timeline and is estimated to begin in July, 2023.
