We’re focused only on familiar markets.

Our core management team has worked together in high-density residential for more than two decades. That same team propelled Pacific West into a national Top 10 high-density residential developer prior to the Great Recession.

Because of the volatility in the trades industry, we’ve brought carpentry, stucco and drywall in house.

We’ve also developed long-term working relationships with premier outside trades. All of them have extensive, specific experience in high-density, residential construction and have worked on previous Pacific West projects.
