WestWind
Artek Communities and Pacific West have initiated the planning process for WestWind, a 240-unit apartment project off North Virginia St. near Raleigh Heights.
The affordably-priced community is the first to be developed by Artek, the residential development division of Pacific West. Pacific West is operating as general contractor.
WestWind will be built on a 16.78-acre site and will include a community center, resort-style pool, outdoor cook centers, dog park, tot lot, and walking paths.
WestWind will feature the eMax product, a flexible plan designed by the 1085 Group exclusively for Artek. The eMax maximizes both construction efficiency and livable space. It also offers abundant lifestyle features including: private entries, spacious layouts, oversized balconies, and an extra space for more flexible layout options.
