The Apex at Vista

Pacific West has teamed up with Lennar Corporation, one of the country’s premier residential developers, and the Carlyle Global Investment group to build The Apex, a 360-unit apartment community on Vista Boulevard in Sparks.

Pacific West is operating as general contractor. Construction on The Apex, which is located within the prestigious Spanish Springs region, is expected to be completed in the last half of 2023.

When finished, The Apex will feature a community center, resort-style pool, outdoor cook centers, dog park, tot lot, and walking paths.

The community will be the first to feature the eMax product, which was designed entirely in-house by the architects and engineers from the 1085 Group. The eMax maximizes construction efficiency and livable space. It also offers abundant lifestyle features including: private entries, spacious layouts, oversized balconies, and an extra space for more flexible layout options.
