RiverPoint at Idlewild

Pacific West has started the permit and planning process on RiverPoint at Idlewild, a 120-unit apartment community located in Old Southwest Reno.

Located on Idlewild Drive in Reno’s old Southwest, RiverPoint is a half block from the Truckee River and within walking distance of Idlewild Park. It’s just minutes from the Riverwalk, downtown and midtown.

RiverPoint is close to top-rated schools, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and special events. When completed, the community will include a Community Center, resort-style pool, outdoor cook centers, dog park, tot lot, and walking paths.
