Pacific West to serve as GC for mixed-use project in Monterey.

Pacific West Companies has set a Spring 2024 start date for a mixed-use project in Monterey, California.

Presented by Work Family Properties, the 3-story, podium project will feature 40 apartments on the first two floors with commercial space on the ground floor.

Pacific West will serve as the general contractor and will use a third-party floor plan.

The first floor will offer 34,453 square feet, consisting of 6,000 sq ft of commercial space with the remaining space going to parking. The second and third floors, which will exclusively feature apartments will offer 31,654 sq ft and 23,736 sq ft, respectively.

The project will be located at 2200 North Fremont Street.
