Grand Street Apartments

Pacific West enters agreement to build fourth California project.

Pacific West Companies will serve as the general contractor for Grand Street Apartments, a 192-unit community in West Sacramento.

This will be the fourth California project Pacific West will be building within the next year. Pac West is already at work on a mixed-use high-density community in downtown Stockton, a multifamily project in Napa, and will begin shortly on another multifamily project in Monterey.

The community, which is presented by Delta Lane Apartments, will feature an innovative 4-story building design that provides unit access via an interior corridor.

Grand Street Apartments is located on Grand Street just west of Raley Field and Fowler Bridge Gateway off Delta Lane.

Work is projected to begin in late 2024 or early 2025.
