Pacific West Design and Construction groups awarded contracts for Fairfield apartment community.

FAIRFIELD, CALIFORNIA — Pacific West Companies, a multi-family contractor based in Reno, has been contracted to design and build a 120-unit apartment community in Fairfield, California.

Pacific West will handle all services related to construction and development, including design, plan engineering, design engineering, site work, planning and entitlements, manufacturing and construction.

The community is being developed by Lewis Apartment Communities, one of the west’s premier multi-family developers. It will feature Pacific West’s exclusive FlexBuilding product (click for more information on the FlexBuilding).

When completed, the development will include 114,600 square feet of living space and a 2,700-square-foot clubhouse.

The FlexBuilding’s features include private entries, raised ceilings, oversized windows, flex space, balconies or patios, full or half garages with direct access, hybrid car charging stations, and abundant private storage.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2019 and is on a 14-month build cycle.
