Work continues on Apex at Vista, a 360-unit apartment community in the prestigious Spanish Springs community.
The market-rate project is located on a 14.94-acre site
on Vista Boulevard in Sparks. It is presented by Lennar Corporation, one of the country’s premier residential developers, and the Carlyle Global Investment group. Pacific West is serving as general contractor.
Apex is expected to be completed in the last half of 2023. When finished, Apex will feature a community center, resort-style pool, outdoor cook centers, dog park, tot lot, and walking paths.
The community is the first to feature the eMax product, which was designed by the architects and engineers from the 1085 Group. The eMax maximizes construction efficiency and livable space. It also offers abundant lifestyle features including: private entries, spacious layouts, oversized balconies, and an extra space for more flexible layout options.
The project is the latest example of how our design-engineer-build process can lower construction costs and streamline production. It’s a collective effort that seamlessly meshes our self-perform trade services with premier third-party subcontractors.
