Umit helps lead the daily operations of Pac West’s accounting department, ensuring disciplined financial management across all active projects and corporate functions. He oversees job costing, payables and receivables, bank reconciliation, and the full lifecycle of transactional accounting, while providing direction and support to accounting staff. Umit is responsible for the preparation and final submission of construction draws to lenders and clients, as well as the coordination of timely, accurate payments to subcontractors and vendors. Starting his career at a national CPA firm, Umit has experience in several industries, including construction. He also has deep expertise in state and federal tax compliance, which allows him to integrate strong regulatory awareness into Pac West’s financial operations.
