According to figures compiled by the Harvard Business School, Pacific West has been building more multi-family units per employee than was ever thought possible. What that means for you is faster build times and higher quality at lower costs. And that's the bottom line.

Our completion criteria for an average 250-unit project is 12 months from commencement of site work to issuance of last Certificate of Occupancy. We consistently deliver the Clubhouse in month 6 and the first building is completed in week one of month 7 and subsequently a building every 10 days thereafter.

Because we provide and coordinate all design and general contractor services, we can eliminate the expense and delays that come from being forced to deal with unexpected problems.
