Frank Fisher

Frank has represented Pacific West Companies since its inception. He is a licensed CPA and financial advisor to William Pennington for all financial, accounting and tax matters tasked with protecting the strength of Pacific West Contracting operations as they continue to grow and stabilize after the market crash of 2008. He is responsible for all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to tax and financial planning, budget management, cost benefit analysis, risk management, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. Additionally, he navigates the complex tax system as it pertains to the construction industry to ensure compliance with local and federal guidelines.

Frank began his career in 1971 as a stock broker with Dean Witter (now known as Morgan Stanley). After five years, he moved on to Indiana’s largest accounting firm, George S. Olive & Co., where he performed extensive tax research and handled complex consolidated corporate tax work. Additionally, Frank consulted with major New York Stock Exchange clients. In 1980, Frank took over the Reno, Nevada tax department for what was then known as Mcgladrey Hendrickson & Company, CPA’s and was transferred to Orange County, California as the Director of Taxation. His responsibilities included working with owners of closely-held businesses to provide cost effective solutions to their tax, accounting and general business consulting needs. In 1982, Frank established his own private accounting practice in Reno, NV. With more than 40 years of comprehensive experience to his credit, he focuses on tax planning strategies, gift, estate and financial planning as well as innovative uses for partnerships, corporations, LLC’s and non-profits.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ball State University, Muncie Indiana.
